deep from our heart we wish you welcome! take with comfortable clothes according the weather. we want to be outside a lot. and take shoes for walking in nature. to walk and halt to listen the life of earth and its stillness. and receive the power and the light and the love of sun and wind, the stillness and the tone, colour and infinity of water and heaven. we may do also the lightprayer outside if the weather is nice enough.

stillness and nature and listening it. even if we are together in the retreat, you are there within yourself. we talk only when it is needed. we go out to nature, when possible and listen it and our inner stillness. we listen how the nature and naturangels love us and open ourselves to receive their love. and if you want, you can give the love further for everybody and everything.

** lightdance. just forget everything you have learned about dancing or moving. this is like
part of our lightprayer - just listen and open yourself to receive, surrender into the movement that arises in your inner, and then you just follow your inner dance. the movement supports our lightprayer opening you and deblocking the blocks from the way of free flowing, and arranging in harmony, what is not in harmony. then lightprayer cares it gently to wholeness. we close our eyes also in lightdance and open ourselves to receive and be in the flow. we will do also lightdance as a prayer together and however all of us only with ourselves.

with lightdance we may do a special breathing - firebreathing.

*** lightprayer with you each day. also with drumming. opening you deep, assisting you into deeper wholeness and harmony. time also for discussion if you want it.
discussion especially in the beginning of our group evenings.

*** ** own stillness, free time. time for going deeper into your own inner, inner stillness, into your inner divine. we assist and guide you in it, if you are not used to go into stillness.

your own stillness and lightprayers go on after each others in time. and drumming and lightprayer supports your journey into stillness.

there you don't need words, not any more
you listen the speech of light - its brightness, form. movements and colours,
its gentleness...
you don't need to understand, nor explain
not for anybody
